DRoyal
Three pillars, one standard of care

What we do

Everything sits under DRoyal Global. Beneath it, three pillars, each operating through its own registered entity and offering only what that registration permits.

Three pillars

Each one states who it is for and what it will not do, because the second is the more useful half. If your question belongs with a different pillar, or with nobody here, we say so and make the introduction.

Investment management

Institutional and private capital placed with people who have operated in the sectors they underwrite.

Investment management
Who it is for
Institutions, corporate treasuries, family offices and the owners of operating businesses.
What it covers
Private markets and alternatives, discretionary and advisory mandates, and wealth and family office work where continuity matters more than turnover.
What it will not do
Short horizon money, and any mandate we would have to trade against its own timeline.

Lending

Credit for businesses that produce something, underwritten by people who have run one.

Lending
Who it is for
Operating businesses, mid-market manufacturers, and suppliers inside working supply chains.
What it covers
Working capital, equipment and asset backed credit, supply chain finance, and facilities sized against what the business actually does.
What it will not do
Lending against a model nobody in the room has lived through, or into a sector we do not understand.

Member credit society

A co-operative credit society, serving its members and nobody else.

Members only. The society does not accept deposits from the public.

The society
Who it is for
Members of the society, admitted through its own process and governed by its bye-laws.
What it covers
Member deposits and member credit, on terms the members themselves govern, with the same standard of care as every other pillar.
What it will not do
Accept deposits from the public. Nothing here is an invitation to anyone outside the membership.

Three pillars, and three separate balance sheets.

Each pillar operates through its own registered entity, separately capitalised and responsible for its own obligations. No entity guarantees another, and the umbrella does not stand behind any of them. What carries across is the standard of care, the disclosure and the people.

Entities and licences

What is the same everywhere

  • Group capital committedWe hold what we recommend, on the same terms.
  • Plain disclosureFees, holdings and conflicts in the first document.
  • One registerA member reads the same standard as an institution.
  • A written answerWhat we would do and what we would not, either way.

The word bank appears in no entity name, no product and no marketing.

Where to start

Most people arrive knowing roughly what they need. If you are between two of these, say so and we will point you rather than sell you.

You have capital to place

You are an institution, a treasury, a family office or an owner who has sold something, and you want it handled by people who have run businesses.

Investment management

You need capital to work with

You run an operating business and you need working capital, equipment or supply chain credit from a lender who understands the operation behind the numbers.

Lending

You are a society member

You belong to the credit society, or someone in it has told you about membership, and you want to know how deposits and member credit work.
