Any actual arrangement with any DRoyal entity happens through a signed agreement, after a conversation, and with the disclosures that the relevant regulator requires. Those documents govern. This website does not.

We make no representation and give no assurance about investment return, capital protection or freedom from risk. Nothing on this site should be read as implying any of them.

Where any figure appears on this website for the purpose of showing a format or a layout, it is labelled illustrative and it describes nothing real. Illustrative figures are not a track record, a projection or a target.

Past performance, where it eventually exists, will not indicate future results.

04Which entity you are dealing with

DRoyal Global is the umbrella. Beneath it sit three pillars, each operating through its own registered entity: investment management, lending, and a members-only credit society.

Each entity offers only what its own registration permits, and each is separately capitalised and responsible for its own obligations. No entity guarantees another, and the umbrella does not stand behind any of them. Reading about the group is not a guarantee from the group.

The entities and licences page states which entity does what, under which registration and which regulator.

05The co-operative society

The credit society serves its members and only its members. Nothing on this website is an invitation to the public to place a deposit with it. Information about membership is information, and membership itself happens through the society's own process, governed by its bye-laws.

06Accuracy and availability

We take care over what we publish and we correct errors when we find them. We do not warrant that every page is complete, current or free of error at every moment.

We do not guarantee the site is always available. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

07What belongs to us

The DROYAL wordmark, the monogram, the tagline Where capital endures, and the text, illustrations, layout and code of this site belong to DRoyal Global or to the group.

You may read the site, print a page for your own reference, and quote a short passage with attribution and a link. You may not copy the design, reuse the illustrations, republish substantial text, or use the marks without written permission.

08Links to other sites

This site links to other websites in the Dhanesh Indore Group and to third party platforms such as LinkedIn. Those sites have their own terms and their own privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for what sits on the other side of it.

10Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this website.
