Accessibility statement

What we have built, what we have measured, what is not finished, and how to tell us when something blocks you.

Last updated 30 July 2026 · DRoyal Global, Pune

In short

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. The site uses semantic structure, a visible skip link, keyboard operable navigation, focus indicators on everything interactive, and text contrast measured rather than assumed. Two limitations are listed openly below. If something blocks you, write to us and we treat it as a defect.

01What we are aiming at

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at level AA across droyalglobal.com.

We treat an accessibility barrier the same way we treat a broken link or a wrong number. It is a defect in the work, it gets logged, and it gets fixed.

02What is built in

Each item below is measured on the pages as they render.

  • Semantic structure. Every page uses header, nav, main and footer landmarks, with one h1 and a logical heading order beneath it
  • Skip to content. The first thing the keyboard reaches on every page, and it becomes visible when focused
  • Keyboard operable. Every link, button and control is reachable and usable by keyboard alone. The mobile menu and the cookie panel trap focus while open and return it to the control that opened them
  • Visible focus. A two pixel oxblood ring with a two pixel offset on everything interactive. We never remove focus styling
  • Target size. Primary controls such as buttons, form fields and the mobile menu are at least forty four pixels on their smallest side. The menu button's visible mark is deliberately smaller than its touch area. Inline navigation links, including the legal row in the footer, clear the twenty four pixel minimum that WCAG 2.2 requires at level AA
  • Text contrast. Body text sits at roughly seven to one against its background and headings higher. The smallest disclosure text is held at four and a half to one as a floor
  • Reduced motion. A prefers-reduced-motion rule switches off every transition and the one rotating element on the homepage
  • Images and icons. Every content image carries alt text. Decorative illustrations are hidden from assistive technology so they are not read out as noise
  • Zoom and reflow. Pages hold together to four hundred percent zoom with no horizontal scrolling, tested at three hundred and ninety and one thousand four hundred and forty pixels wide
  • No colour-only meaning. Where colour signals something, a word or a symbol carries the same information

03What is not finished

Stating these is more useful to you than claiming full conformance.

  • The site has been tested with keyboard navigation and automated checks, and it has not yet been tested end to end with a screen reader by someone who uses one daily. That audit is the next accessibility task, and this page will record the result and the date.
  • Documents we publish for download, once they exist, are not yet guaranteed to be tagged for accessibility. Until they are, ask us and we will supply the content in an accessible format.

04How it has been tested

Automated checks and manual keyboard testing in a current Chromium browser at three hundred and ninety, seven hundred and sixty eight and one thousand four hundred and forty pixels wide. Layout geometry, contrast values and focus behaviour are read from the rendered page rather than reviewed by eye.

Accessibility conformance is a claim about a moment. This page carries a date so you know which moment it describes.

05If something blocks you

Write to info@droyalglobal.com with the subject "Accessibility", or call +91 75592 91724. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and what got in the way. Your assistive technology and browser help, if you know them.

We acknowledge within seven days. We tell you whether we can fix it, how, and by when. If a fix will take time, we offer another way to get what you needed in the meantime, including sending the content by email or reading it to you on the phone.

06Getting the same information another way

Anything on this site is available by email, by post or by telephone. Nothing is published here that we will not send you in another form on request, at no charge.

Post reaches us at Prabhavee Tech Park, Office No. 2, A-Wing, Baner, Pune, Maharashtra 411045.

07If we do not resolve it

Escalate through the grievance redressal page. Accessibility complaints follow the same path as any other, with the same acknowledgement and resolution commitments.
